Account Terms

To use Wait? Nah.., you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are intended for individual use and may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

Wait? Nah.. offers both free and paid service plans. For paid plans:

• Payment is required in advance for the selected billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
• Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless upgraded immediately
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for unused time in paid plans
• Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
• You may reactivate your account within 30 days to restore access

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our service. In cases of immediate termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

We continuously improve Wait? Nah.. and may modify features, functionality, or pricing at any time. We will:

• Provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect functionality
• Give 30 days' notice for price changes
• Maintain backward compatibility when possible
• Update these terms as needed, with notice of material changes

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We commit to:

• Maintaining reasonable security measures to protect your data
• Providing advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible
• Promptly addressing security vulnerabilities
• Following our Privacy Policy regarding data collection and use

While we implement industry-standard security practices, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Copyright and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Wait? Nah.., including:

• Business information and analytics
• Any content you upload or generate through the service

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. Wait? Nah.. retains ownership of our software, algorithms, and service infrastructure.

Features and Bugs

We provide Wait? Nah.. "as is" and make no warranties about specific features or functionality. We will:

• Make reasonable efforts to fix reported bugs and issues
• Provide updates and improvements over time
• Offer customer support for technical issues
• Document known limitations and workarounds when possible

Feature requests and bug reports help us improve the service but do not guarantee implementation or resolution within any specific timeframe.

Services Adaptations and API Terms

If you integrate with Wait? Nah.. through APIs or third-party services:

• You must comply with our API usage guidelines and rate limits
• API access may be subject to additional terms and authentication requirements
• We may modify or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for maintaining compatibility with API changes

Unauthorized access to our APIs or attempts to circumvent usage limits may result in immediate termination of service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wait? Nah.. and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss not caused by our negligence
• Third-party actions or content accessed through our service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wait? Nah.. is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.
